PLEASE NOTE : This is NOT a field work job. This is an in-office job wherein the specialist will be catering to the clients over the phone & various social media channels Company Description: EliteHubs is an online & retail chain based in India that specializes in selling computer components, accessories, and prebuilt & custom-tailored PC builds for various use cases. We offer a wide range of products, including motherboards, graphics cards, monitors, and peripherals from well-known brands such as AMD, Intel, Dell, Lenovo, NVIDIA, LG, Samsung, etc. We aim to build a conglomerate that caters to every need of the Indian consumers pertaining to computers & their accessories and emphasizes customer satisfaction through reliable shipping and after-sales support. Role Description: This is a full-time in-office role for a Sales Specialist at EliteHubs. As a Sales Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include communication with customers over the call or via chat channels through social media platforms such as Instagram & Whatsapp, guiding the customer in configurating the perfect PC for their needs. Educating them about the hardware compatibility, quality and performance, managing sales activities and communicating & coordinating with other teams within the organization. 3 Months of training will be provided to the selected individuals. Qualifications: Knowledge of computer components and technology Excellent communication skills Customer centric approach Experience in the computer hardware industry is a plus but not must. Rather preference to a candidate who can grasp knowledge faster. Fluent in English. Knowing other languages is a plus. Good Typing speed
