Computer Engineer / IT Executive

As a Computer Engineer / IT Executive at WProjects Management LLP located in New Delhi, NCR, your role will involve managing the complete IT infrastructure of the company. This includes overseeing hardware, networks, servers, and software. Your responsibilities will also include providing daily tech support, troubleshooting for staff and systems, proposing digital solutions for enhancing efficiency, assisting in software tools development, implementing and maintaining cybersecurity protocols and data backups, researching new technologies, coordinating with external IT vendors or freelancers, and setting up cloud storage, email systems, and internal communication tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete IT infrastructure including hardware, networks, servers, and software. - Provide daily tech support and troubleshooting for staff and systems. - Analyze internal processes and propose digital solutions for enhancing efficiency. - Assist in planning and developing custom software tools. - Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols and data backups. - Research and introduce new technologies. - Coordinate with external IT vendors or freelancers as needed. - Set up and manage cloud storage, email systems, and internal communication tools. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems management, and cybersecurity. - Basic to intermediate experience in software/app development using languages like Python, Java, web technologies, and databases. - Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and digital problem-solving. - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members. - Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work. - Interest or understanding of how technology can support architecture, design, or project-based businesses.,
