We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the service industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of service operations, and be well-versed in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day service operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and guide on-ground staff and supervisors.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare reports and data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
• Coordinate with departments to improve service delivery.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the service sector (housekeeping, facility management, logistics, or similar industries preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including data handling, reporting, and analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred or Engineering).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹374,296.85 - ₹500,000.00 per year
