We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the service industry . The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of service operations, and be well-versed in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and decision-making support. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day service operations and ensure smooth execution. Manage and guide on-ground staff and supervisors. Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards. Prepare reports and data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.). Coordinate with departments to improve service delivery. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Requirements: Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the service sector (housekeeping, facility management, logistics, or similar industries preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including data handling, reporting, and analytics. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred or Engineering). Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
