Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Computer-Aided Design System Administrator. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and administering CAD systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, overseeing product lifecycle management, and maintaining system integrity. Daily tasks will include system monitoring, user support, and ensuring optimal performance of CAD software to support engineering and design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and System Administration
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT infrastructure industry is a plus
