Job Description

As a skilled CAM Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience in Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM), you will play a crucial role in developing CAM programs for CNC machines to optimize manufacturing processes. If you have a passion for precision machining and CNC programming, this is the perfect opportunity for you! - Develop CAM programs for CNC machines using software like Mastercam, NX CAM, PowerMill, or equivalent tools. - Optimize tool paths, cutting parameters, and machining strategies to enhance productivity. - Collaborate with design engineers to interpret 3D models, 2D drawings, and GD&T requirements. - Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material properties. - Perform NC code verification and simulation to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. - Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements. - Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth execution of CAM programs. - Maintain and update CAM libraries, post processors, and best machining practices. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related fields. - 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CAM programming & CNC machining. - Proficiency in CAM software like Mastercam, NX CAM, PowerMill, or EdgeCAM. - Strong knowledge of CNC operations, G-code, M-code, and toolpath strategies. - Understanding of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and machining tolerances. - Experience in mold making, die manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive components is a plus. - Ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues effectively. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
