Role Overview:

You are the craftsman who turns CAD designs into physical reality. We need a technician with precise hands and an eye for detail to manufacture high-strength, lightweight composite airframes for military-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

·    Layup & Lamination:

Vacuum Bagging:

Mould Making:

Post-Processing:

Assembly:

Must-Have Skills:

·    Hands-on experience with resin systems (Epoxy) and fabric types (Unidirectional, Twill, Forged).

·    Ability to read technical drawings and follow layup schedules.

·    Experience using workshop power tools (Dremel, sanders, drills) safely and precisely.

Bonus Skills (The Differentiators):

·    Experience with painting/finishing
