Job Title: Security Guard Location: 523, Ratanpur, Colony, Panki, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and visitors by patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents as needed. Key Responsibilities: Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence. Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates. Check goods in and out, ensuring proper documentation and authorization for materials moving through the premises. Issue ID cards to external visitors/vendors and ensure their details (name, company, purpose of visit) are accurately recorded in the visitor register. Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly. Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches to the appropriate authority. Operate surveillance equipment and review camera footage when necessary. Enforce rules and regulations on-site to prevent or mitigate security risks. Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors as required. Write and submit detailed reports of daily activities and incidents. Coordinate with emergency services (fire, police, ambulance) when required. Conduct regular checks on equipment, doors, and security systems to ensure all safety protocols are followed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a security guard or similar position is preferred. Valid security license and certifications as per local/state regulations. Good knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols. Surveillance skills and attention to detail. Physically fit with the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Basic computer skills for reporting and logging incidents.
