Composite Technician

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
Timings: (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Composite Technician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing and repair of composite materials and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, layup, and curing of composite materials (e.g., carbon fiber, fiberglass) .
• Fabrication and assembly of composite parts following engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic non-destructive testing (NDT) on composite components.
• Help with trimming, sanding, and finishing composite parts to meet quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Document production activities and report any defects or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Learn and adhere to industry best practices in composite manufacturing.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to adhere to workplace safety standards.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
