Requirements

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, work orders, and technical instructions.
• 3+ years of experience in composite fabrication or related field.
• Composite Manufacturing or equivalent certification or training in cable and Airframe manufacturing.
• Experience with aircraft or defence platform Composite and Mechanical integration
• Familiarity with composite materials, techniques, and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret Drawings and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Working hours may include overtime, weekends and holidays or shift work depending on project needs.
• May involve occasional travel to customer trails, Demo and test ON-sites.
