Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Officer at Groww Mutual Fund, your role will entail the following responsibilities: - Daily compliance activities and ad-hoc reporting with respect to SEBI and AMFI. - Preparation and review of policies and procedures for annual review. - Coordinating for Internal Audit processes. - Having a strong understanding of PMLA guidelines and STR reporting. - Reviewing alerts generated on the proposed surveillance system. - Maintaining a tracker to ensure compliance for daily SEBI recovery and folio freezing orders. - Keeping track of PIT approvals. - Monitoring compliance requirements regarding the website. - Providing support in compliance clearing marketing materials. - Maintaining a policy tracker and reviewing policy compliance. - Supporting in committee meetings and Board meetings Agenda preparation. To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following skills and expertise: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field. - Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
