Job Summary: The Compliance Officer will ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies within the organization. The candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing compliance programs, monitoring risk areas, and ensuring ethical practices across all departments. Certifications: Knowledge of HRIS, strategic HRM, and payroll management will be an added advantage.
