Compliance Officer

Anchored by principles of simplicity, transparency, long-term wealth creation, and customer focus, the organization focuses on identifying investment opportunities with growth potential and solid fundamentals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform daily compliance activities and ad-hoc reporting related to SEBI and AMFI. - Prepare and review policies and procedures for annual review. - Coordinate internal audits and ensure adherence to PMLA guidelines and STR reporting. - Review alerts from surveillance systems and maintain compliance trackers. - Monitor SEBI recovery and folio freezing orders, track PIT approvals, and ensure compliance with website requirements. - Support compliance in marketing materials, maintain policy trackers, review policy compliance, and assist in committee and board meeting agenda preparation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field. - Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
