Job Description

We are looking for a Compliance Officer with strong knowledge of GIFT City (IFSC) regulations, SEZ norms, and IFSCA guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing regulatory and compliance processes.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with IFSCA, SEZ, and GIFT City operational regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates.
  • Handle statutory filings, registers, and regulatory submissions.
  • Liaise with GIFT City authorities, IFSCA, auditors, and consultants.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and documentation.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal teams for cross-functional adherence.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
  • Strong understanding of GIFT City / IFSC regulations is a must.
  • Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Fund Management, Consulting, or Global Services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
