Compliance Manager - Treasury

As a Compliance Manager - Treasury, your role involves providing advisory support to the business/treasury function of the bank from a compliance perspective. Your key responsibilities will include: - Advising on all treasury related matters to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Reviewing Treasury related Products, Policies, Processes, and notes in collaboration with the team lead. - Providing compliance advisory and feedback to ensure comprehensive and compliant bank processes. - Advising on Market risk and Finance matters including Disclosures in financial statements. - Collaborating with assurance functions like risk and internal audit for regulatory compliance. - Conducting testing and monitoring of regulatory risk areas of treasury to adhere to RBI guidelines. - Assisting during RBI Audits by coordinating with stakeholders and resolving inspection report points. - Engaging with regulators and supporting business stakeholder needs for regulatory clarity and approvals. - Supporting business reviews, concurrent audit reports review, and preparation of MIS data under the team lead's guidance.
