HR Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Labour Law Compliance & Audits

    • Conduct periodic audits under various labour laws across PAN India.
    • Maintain statutory registers and ensure full compliance under CLRA, BOCW, ISMW, Shop & Establishment, and Factory Acts.
    • Coordinate and conduct monthly/quarterly audits of contractors and principal employers.
  • EPF & ESI Management

    • Prepare and generate EPF and ESI challans.
    • Address queries related to EPF/ESI including documentation and employee grievances.
    • Handle employee matters such as PF transfer, withdrawal, pension, and death cases.
    • Process ESIC-related documentation (e.g. leave payment, death, disability claims, TIC/Temporary Identity Cards, corrections in ESI TIH).
  • License & Registration

    • Manage the fresh applications and renewals of Labour Licenses under CLRA & BOCW across multiple locations.
    • Handle registration and compliance under the Shops & Establishment Act across various states.
    • Ensure timely procurement, renewal, and amendment of licenses/certificates under applicable labour laws.
  • Reporting & Documentation

    • Submit all statutory returns in compliance with state-specific labour law requirements.
    • Maintain and update compliance registers under multiple labour legislations.
    • Track and follow up with clients for timely payment of statutory dues.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    Minimum 47 years in HR statutory compliance in the

    domestic staffing industry

    .
  • Education:

    Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance procedures.
    • Hands-on experience with PF, ESI portals and online challan generation.
    • Proficiency in compliance audits and contractor management.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and coordination skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive compliance matters with integrity.

Preferred Candidate

  • Has worked in a staffing firm or agency managing PAN India compliance.
  • Experienced in handling compliance for multiple locations and large employee bases.
  • Adept in interacting with labour authorities and handling inspections or audits independently.
