Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage all complaints received at Depository /Exchange/Scores platform including Smart ODR & other Regulatory sources.
Log and record all complaints received from Regulators and maintain the MIS for complaint tracking and closure.
Prepare responses independently to Customer/Regulators for the complaints received
Coordinate with internal departments to gather relevant documents and information
Maintain comprehensive documentation and evidence for all complaint cases
Engage and coordinate with Exchange and ODR Coordinators as necessary.
Ensure complaint closure within TATs and submission of Responses within prescribed timelines
Preparing of Monthly Review data, Board Agenda
Participate in ODR sessions for Conciliation.
Conduct factual verifications and root cause analysis of client grievances, identifying recurring issues and suggest process or system improvements to ensure complaint reduction.
Arrange Data to Team during inspection /audit for SEBI/Exchange/Depository complaints

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent research and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
