Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain compliance reports, audit findings, and tracker dashboards.
2. Handling of PF & ESIC Grievances.
3. Support in conducting internal compliance audits and client due diligence reviews.
4. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries
Preferred Skills:
1. Strong communication and documentation skills.
2. Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
3. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Graduate.
2. Work Experience of 2 to 3 years.
3. Knowledge of Labor Compliances.
