Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements, including labor laws, tax regulations, and employee welfare legislation.
Manage and monitor compliance with local, state, and national labor laws, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory benefits.Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth compliance processes.Conduct audits to ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory returns, payments, and other compliance-related documentation.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and advise the HR team on necessary policy updates.Collaborate with internal teams (payroll, legal, etc.) to address compliance issues and resolve discrepancies.Prepare and submit reports on compliance status and issues to senior management.Required Experience:
3-5 years of experience in HR compliance or statutory compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
