Experience required

: 3 – 4 years

Qualification

: CS / Law / Compliance Certifications

• Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance of all legal entities in India, irrespective of Divisions and locations.
• Conception and implementation of ‘Compliance Management Tool’ in India
• Following-up and co-ordination with relevant Business and Functional stakeholders in India
• Gap analysis, MIS, Reporting to the Board and Senior Management in India
• Dealing with various regulatory authorities, as required from time to time
• Regular update to regulatory compliance matrix to Board and Senior Management in India
• Conducting trainings and awareness sessions

• Understanding and sensitivity towards regulatory environment and statutory compliances.
• Self-motivator and capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Adapted to work in MNC environment with processes / approval requirements
• Good communication and analytical skills
