Role Description

AH&Z is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring successful student enrolments and a smooth, compliant university and UKVI interview process.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end involvement in student compliance — from university interviews to UKVI interviews

✔ Ensure every student file meets university requirements before approval

✔ Prepare students thoroughly for university and UKVI interviews

✔ Conduct research on universities, courses, and relevant guidelines to support students

✔ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UKVI student visa rules and guide both students and colleagues

✔ Prioritise interviews and visa applications based on urgency

✔ Ensure interview processes are timely, accurate, and reported to top management

✔ Identify and report any discrepancies to protect our partners and maintain genuine student recruitment

✔ Support the institute’s integrity — as even a 10% refusal rate can impact operations

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of UKVI and international student admission processes (preferred)
