Compliance Analyst

As a Compliance Officer at Groww Mutual Fund, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Daily compliance activities and ad-hoc reporting with respect to SEBI and AMFI. - Preparation and review of policies and procedures for annual review. - Coordinating for Internal Audit. - Understanding of PMLA guidelines and STR reporting. - Reviewing alerts generated on the proposed surveillance system. - Maintaining tracker and ensuring compliance for daily SEBI recovery, and folio freezing orders. - Keeping track of PIT approvals. - Monitoring the compliance requirements with respect to the website. - Supporting in compliance clearing marketing materials. - Maintaining policy tracker and reviewing policy compliance. - Supporting in committee meetings and Board meetings Agenda preparation. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following skills and expertise: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field. - Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
