Compensation Lead Analyst

You will work closely with Compensation Managers to maintain consistency in compensation policies across all employees. Additionally, you will be involved in global compensation reporting, program strategy development, risk management, and providing HR consultation on compensation matters. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a Compensation-related discipline, proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on MS Excel, and a proven ability to work independently and build relationships with a global team. Strong time management skills, clear communication abilities, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field are essential qualifications for this position.
