Job Description

Total Rewards Specialist

Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and analyse compensation and benefits data.
Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.

Requirements:

2 to 15 years of experience specifically in
Compensation & Benefits
or
Total Rewards
roles.
Experience in the
Electronics Manufacturing
industry is a big plus.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to work in a
6-day work week
environment.
