Total Rewards Specialist


Compensation & Benefits


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyse compensation and benefits data.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
  • Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
  • Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.


Requirements:

  • 2 to 15 years of experience specifically in

    Compensation & Benefits

    or

    Total Rewards

    roles.
  • Experience in the

    Electronics Manufacturing

    industry is a big plus.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work in a

    6-day work week

    environment.
