Compensation Benefits Specialist

You will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and job grading systems tailored to pharma roles such as R&D, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and quality. This includes conducting market analyses and participating in salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages. Your role will also involve supporting the design and communication of total rewards programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating employees. Additionally, you will manage benefits enrollment and address employee queries in collaboration with vendors. You will contribute to internal audits and reporting requirements related to Compensation & Benefits and prepare dashboards and reports for HR leadership on compensation trends and cost analysis. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (an MBA would be preferred) and possess 6-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a preference for experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, and experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday would be advantageous. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance pertaining to compensation and benefits is crucial, along with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills will also be key to success in this position.,
