Compensation & Benefits Consultant

As a Compensation & Benefits Consultant at Qualifacts, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting C&B in India and compensation globally. You will report into the Director, Total Rewards and collaborate closely with Global teams, HR Business Partners, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS. Your main responsibilities will include: - Enhancing, implementing & managing compliant country-specific benefit plans in alignment with market practice and business objectives - Adhering to benefits budget while planning and administering programs - Managing benefits services, including local brokers/advisors, vendor selection and management, and continuous improvement of employee experience In terms of compensation, you will be responsible for successful execution of annual compensation cycles, managing rewards & recognition programs, job matching, job profile creation, annual survey planning, and staying updated on industry trends. Some qualifications necessary for this role include: - Minimum of 6 years progressive experience in a dedicated compensation and benefits role - Strong proactive communication skills - Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis - Ability to create credibility with local and global leaders and employees As a Compensation & Benefits Consultant, you should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: - Rapid and thoughtful response to multiple initiatives - Leadership abilities with minimal direction - Clear presentation of complex issues & solutions - Partnering with and influencing teammates and business - Self-starter with a sense of urgency - Experience with Workday is a plus - Fluent English proficiency is required If you are looking to work in an innovative and purpose-driven environment, supporting customers and their communities, apply today for this onsite position at the Vadodara office with mid-shift hours.
