About the Role

HR CB Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage
Compensation & Benefits programs
.
Support and drive the
Performance Management cycle
across the organization.
Partner with HR and business leaders to address employee relations and HR issues.
Collaborate with Finance & HR teams to handle
payroll and employee benefits queries
.
Develop and deliver
HR dashboards and analytics
to provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure alignment of HR practices with company strategy and competitiveness in pay.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership using
Excel and PowerPoint
.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:
Masters in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
Experience:
57 years in
Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and HR Business Partnering
.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of
Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to use data and analytics to drive HR decision-making.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
