Role Overview: As a Compensation and Benefits Manager at Google, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs in India. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. Preferred Qualifications: - 10 years of experience in management, compensation, benefits program, consulting, or analytics. - Experience working in a multinational or complex organization. - Understanding of Indian compensation and benefits laws and regulations. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
