Job Description:
Regular updates on various circulars, notifications and amendments under Companies Act 2013 and erstwhile Companies Act 1956 and allied laws pertaining to SME listed Company.
Drafting of Resolutions, Board Report, Notice, Agenda, Minutes, MOA, AOA, Replying to Show Cause Notices and Various Agreements.
Preparation of Statutory Registers under Companies Act 2013
Convening Meetings, reporting to Chairman and intimating Stock Exchange.
Routine Compliances of SME Listed Company with the Registrar of Companies.
Co-ordination with management, various consultants and intermediaries.
Familiar with MCA website and Stock Exchange website.
Qualifications:
· At least 1 year of post qualification experience in a similar role. (ICSI Membership No is must)
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
