Role Description

This full-time role for a Company Secretary is based on-site in Ahmedabad. The role involves ensuring the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, managing communication with regulatory bodies, and maintaining corporate records. The Company Secretary will also oversee board meetings, annual general meetings, and assist the leadership in effective corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Corporate Laws, Regulatory Compliance, and Company Secretarial Practices.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and board resolutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining company records and supporting documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, or related field; CS certification is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Companies Act, filing procedures, and related statutes.
• Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
