Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Semi-qualified/Newly qualified Company secretary located in Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Company and LLP Incorporation
2. Annual Filing of Forms
3. Compliance with regular changes in the Company as per requirement by the client

Qualifications

• Knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance
• Skills in drafting, managing corporate records, and filing documentation
• Experience in coordinating board and committee meetings and maintaining stakeholder relations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the chartered accountancy firm is beneficial
