Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end secretarial and compliance work for clients under the Companies Act, SEBI, and other regulatory bodies.
• Assisting with end-to-end IPO preparation, listing compliances, and stock exchange coordination.
• Supporting corporate restructuring assignments including mergers, demergers, buybacks, and shareholding reorganizations.
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing of necessary statutory documents, returns, and resolutions.
• Advising clients on corporate governance best practices and ensuring timely compliance.
• Liaising with regulators such as ROC, SEBI, and Stock Exchanges.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for client deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with sound knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate laws.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; passion to learn and grow is essential.
