Company Description Punjabi Angithi by Vegorama Group is a 10-year-old pure vegetarian brand operating 21 stores in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon, catering to more than 3,00,000 Customer each month. We aim to provide vegetarians with the same variety and taste that non-vegetarians enjoy. Our brand is prominently listed on Zomato and Swiggy with over 100,000 reviews for our first outlet in Paschim Vihar. We continue to expand our presence, ensuring high-quality, delectable vegetarian cuisine for our customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Delhi, India. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining the necessary records, and managing the company’s annual filings. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, taking minutes, and communicating with shareholders. The Company Secretary will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of statutory books and ensuring the timely distribution of dividends. Qualifications A professional qualification as a Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) is required Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements Excellent organisational and time-management skills Proficiency in handling secretarial software and MS Office applications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Prior experience in the retail or food industry is a plus
