Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Accountant, located in Delhi, India. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, including reconciliation of accounts, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, assisting with budget preparation, and supporting the senior accountant as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles Experience in account reconciliation, invoice processing, and financial reporting Excellent organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in work Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining the necessary records, and managing the company’s annual filings. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, taking minutes, and communicating with shareholders.
