Company Secretary

We are looking for a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) who has hands-on experience in ROC and MCA compliances and can confidently interact with clients. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in corporate laws and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and filing forms, returns, and documents with ROC & MCA.
• Handle company incorporation, annual filings, share allotments, and other compliance matters.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure timely compliance.
• Draft board resolutions, notices, minutes, and other company law-related documentation.
• Assist in secretarial audits and corporate governance matters.
• Communicate with clients effectively to understand their requirements and provide compliance support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of assignments.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified CS
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in ROC/MCA filings and corporate secretarial work.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act's and laws.
• Good drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle clients professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
