Job Title: Company Secretary (Fresher) Company: MAKSIM CONSULTANT Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Fresher Qualification: ICSI (Qualified Company Secretary) Salary range: 18000₹-35000₹ Job Description: MAKSIM CONSULTANT is seeking a dynamic and motivated Company Secretary (CS) to join our team in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for a freshly qualified ICSI candidate to begin a rewarding professional journey in corporate compliance, governance, and advisory services. Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining statutory records and registers as per the Companies Act, 2013. Support the preparation and filing of necessary forms, returns, and reports with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Organize and assist in conducting board meetings, general meetings, and drafting minutes. Ensure compliance with ROC filings, FEMA regulations, and SEBI guidelines as applicable. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for secretarial and legal compliance requirements. Stay updated with changes in corporate laws and regulations. Prepare documentation related to company incorporation, changes in directorship, shareholding, etc. Requirements: Qualified Company Secretary ( ICSI ). Good understanding of corporate laws, rules, and regulations. Excellent communication and drafting skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MCA and related compliance portals.
