Job Description

We are hiring a CS Intern for assisting the IPO proceedings of the company

Requirements

Pursuing CS (Executive/Professional level) from ICSI
Strong understanding of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and compliance frameworks
Good written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and filing of ROC forms, board resolutions, and minutes
Support in maintaining statutory registers and company records
Help ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws
Work on secretarial audits and due diligence processes
Contribute to drafting of legal documents, policies, and corporate governance materials
