Job Description

Silver Amusement Parks is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Digital Marketing and Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, marketing promotions, and WhatsApp message support. This role is critical in helping us connect with our visitors, promote our services, and deliver a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and online inquiries Share information about current offers, packages, and park events Assist the digital marketing team with promotional calls and lead follow-ups Record and maintain accurate call details and customer information Resolve basic customer queries or route them to the appropriate department Maintain a positive and engaging tone with all communications Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred) Good communication skills in English and regional languages Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and social media tools Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (any discipline) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/05/2025
