We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team! If you love creating content, staying on top of trends, and engaging with online communities, this is the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assisting in company secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws
• Supporting in preparation and maintenance of statutory registers, records, and secretarial documents
• Assisting in ROC filings and MCA compliances under supervision
• Drafting and assisting in circulation of notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board and General Meetings
• Coordinating with Banks for account-related documentation, KYC, resolutions, and compliance requirements
• Coordinating with Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) for share-related matters such as allotments, transfers, demat requests, and investor queries
• Liaising with employees for collection of documents, declarations, forms, and compliance-related information
• Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and professionals for routine secretarial and regulatory matters
• Assisting in share capital–related activities, including allotments, ESOP/MSOP documentation, and filings
• Supporting in due diligence exercises, audits, and regulatory inspections
• Maintaining proper filing, documentation, and record management (physical and digital)
• Following up on pending compliances, approvals, and submissions with internal and external stakeholders
• Performing any other secretarial, compliance, coordination, or administrative tasks assigned from time to time
