Company Secretary Intern

*CS Trainee* seeking 21 months training required in a *consulting firm* based in *Andheri (Nearby station)*, Mumbai

*Candidates seeking transfers or Semi CS can also apply*

JD:

- *Assisting in listed, unlisted, public, Pvt Ltd, and LLP compliances*

- Drafting and maintaining Minutes of Board Meetings, EOGMs, and AGMs

- *Assisting & Filing statutory forms (CHG-1, CHG-4, DIR-3 KYC, INC-22, DIR-12, ADT-1, etc* .)

- Managing KYC updates for Directors and Web-KYC compliance

- *Assisting & maintaining compliance records*

- Preparing Scrutinizer’s Reports, Postal Ballots, and Annual Filing documents

- Assisting company changes (Registered Office shifts, Director/Auditor appointments, resignations, and strike-offs)

- *Monitoring and updating regulatory changes from ROC, SEBI, etc*

Stipend up to *Rs 15,000 per month* (depends on the candidature)
