Job Description

We are looking for a CS Semi-Qualified professional to join our team as a CS - Executive. The role involves handling day-to-day Company Secretarial functions and ensuring statutory compliance for Multireach Broadband, a part of the Multicon Group. The candidate should have hands-on experience with the MCA V3 portal, ROC filings, and drafting of secretarial documents
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Prepare accurate minutes and maintain statutory records.- Draft and maintain minutes of Board/Committee meetings, statutory registers (Directors, Members, Charges, etc.), and company resolutions .- Draft and update resolutions, Directors Reports, and Annual Reports.- File statutory forms, returns, and event-based filings with ROC.- Work on MCA V3 portal for routine submissions and compliance.- Monitor due dates and ensure timely compliance with Companies Act requirements.- Assist in secretarial audit preparations and follow-ups.- Research updates in Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and related regulations.- Prepare simple compliance notes / drafts for senior review.- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.- Provide basic compliance support to internal teams.SKILLS:Completed CS Executive Programme (or partially cleared Professional Programme).2-3 years of relevant experience in secretarial/ROC compliance workGood knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 & MCA compliance.Working knowledge of MCA V3 portal (filings, submissions).Drafting skills for notices, minutes, simple resolutions.Good MS Office proficiency.
