Job Description: Candidate will get the exposure of Secretarial advisory to retainer companies in the area of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI, SEBI Regulations etc., Secretarial Audit, Due diligence, Corporate Restructuring, NBFC’s advisory and various other event based actions.

Salary: The Salary will depend upon the interview and as per Industry standard.

Candidates having good practical approach towards the Corporate Laws and analytical skills would be preferred.
