Hiring for “Qualified ACS Professionals“.

Experienced required 3 to 8 years.

Qualification: ACS.

Location: Head Office, Chennai.

Notice Period: 30 days or Immediate Joiner.

JOB PROFILE/DESCRIPTION: -

Responsible for the execution of all secretarial tasks including filing forms and updates to stock exchanges, correspondence with MCA and ROC.
Sound knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, listing obligations.
Facilitation of various meetings, including Board, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), and Committee meetings and compilation of minutes thereon.
To deal and co-ordinate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies for rights issues and preferential issues of shares and securities.
Overseeing the secretarial activities of subsidiary and other groups of companies.
Maintenance, monitoring and updating of Centralized Structured Digital database (CDD) software.
Correspondence shareholders, banks along with other statutory authorities viz NSDL, CDSL etc.
Oversee secretarial audits, internal audits and compliance certification.
Monitor insider trading and maintain trading window closure calendars and structured digital database.
