ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a FULL-TIME ON-SITE ROLE for a Company Secretary at Yani Advisors in Bengaluru. The Company Secretary will be responsible for handling secretarial compliances related to our clients on Company Law, LLP Laws, FEMA, conducting Due Diligence activities and other statutory compliance. QUALIFICATIONS: FRESHER OR MAXIMUM OF 02 (TWO) YEAR POST QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE. Strong knowledge of Company Law, LLP Laws and FEMA. Ability to handle Secretarial Due Diligence. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Qualified Company Secretary having a membership from ICSI would be preferred. WHO CAN APPLY: Individuals keen to gain hands-on experience in a Practicing Company Secretary firm and build a strong foundation in corporate laws and compliance.
