Job Description

As the Community & Outreach Coordinator at our company, you will play a vital role in driving public engagement initiatives for our brand. Your primary responsibilities will involve representing our company through various platforms such as webinars, events, social media interactions, and community-facing activities. The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident public speaker, possess strong organizational skills to plan outreach programs effectively, and showcase creativity in expanding our audience reach. Your key responsibilities will include planning, hosting, and moderating webinars, online events, and live sessions. You will also act as the face of our brand in external events, conferences, and meetups. Developing and executing outreach strategies to engage clients, partners, and the general public will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will coordinate logistics for both digital and physical outreach initiatives and work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging. Maintaining and nurturing community relationships, feedback loops, and brand trust will be essential. You will be responsible for creating post-event reports, feedback summaries, and outreach performance dashboards to track the success of our initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2-4 years of experience in public relations, event coordination, community engagement, or a related field. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills are a must, along with familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, and Teams. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, coupled with creative thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail, are qualities that we value. While not mandatory, experience in SaaS, recruitment, or technology-driven companies would be advantageous. Basic video editing or content creation skills for post-event promotions and familiarity with CRM, event marketing, or email campaign tools are considered nice-to-have qualifications for this role.
