Position: Community Outreach Associate

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi

Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on performance / PPO - Up to 3.6 LPA )

Work Mode: On-site Only (Because we love real vibes)

We are a growing team focused on building strong visibility, engagement, and community presence through Reddit. We believe Reddit is one of the most powerful platforms for genuine conversations and niche audience targeting. Our goal is to connect with relevant communities, share valuable content, and grow brand awareness, without sounding like traditional ads.

What You’ll Rock At:

1. Content Posting & Scheduling

* Post from personally owned and managed Reddit accounts.

* Execute paid posts from multiple user accounts.

* Ensure content is relevant, community-appropriate, and compliant with subreddit rules.

* Follow a posting calendar to ensure daily activity is consistent.

2. Daily Management & Tracking

*Track all posts, comments, and engagement metrics daily* in a central sheet/report.

* Monitor how posts perform and suggest optimisations based on results.

* Keep a daily log of activities for transparency and progress tracking.

3. Community Engagement & Outreach

* Reach out to relevant users, moderators, and communities for collaborations or content opportunities.

* Participate in discussions, respond to comments, and build credibility for the accounts you manage.

4. Targets & Reporting

* Ensure *a minimum of 250 posts are published per month*.

* Submit weekly performance reports showing post counts, engagement stats, and spend tracking.

What We Expect:

* Strong understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit rules, and how communities work.

* Experience posting and engaging on Reddit without getting flagged or banned.

* Ability to handle multiple accounts and adapt tone/voice for different subreddits.

* Strong written English skills for clear, natural, and engaging posts.

* Good organisational and time management skills.

* Comfortable handling basic financial tracking in Excel/Google Sheets.

* Self-motivated and able to meet posting deadlines without constant supervision.
