MCF: Tele counselor The multi-dimensional poverty of Bihar has not been affecting the state economically but on all the parameters of suffering. As per the recent data there were 1.61 lakhs TB patients in Bihar which is almost 8% of the total national average. In the same case Bihar hosts 5.77% (1.34 lakhs) of the total national PLHIV (People Living with HIV).
