Muktaa Charitable Foundation (MCF) invites psychologists to join our
team in providing telephonic mental health support to people across India through our free,
trauma-informed, culturally-responsive helpline.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Master’s in Counselling/Clinical/Applied Psychology (UGC-recognised)
● Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English
Skills:
○ Strong therapeutic skills with Indian populations, especially women, youth,
LGBTQIA+, oppressed castes and marginalised communities
○ Comfortable with telephonic counselling
○ Open to teamwork, feedback, and continuous learning
Primary work-
Provide Telephonic Counselling
○ Offer a safe space for emotional distress via the helpline
○ Support first-time and follow-up callers in coping, skill-building, and navigating crises
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
