SkillSonics has offices in Switzerland, South Africa and India. Indian offices are in Bengaluru(HQ), Pune and Kolkata.

SkillSonics’ primary focus is B2B, corporate workforce training in the engineering and manufacturing domain .

The Mobiliser is responsible for social / community mobilization of prospecting candidates within the targeted area to enroll interested candidates for Short Term Skill Training courses in our Guntur Centre funded by a MNC company for a B2B training engagement.

Key Deliverables of the role -

Identify candidates of suitable trades & enroll them for skill development training on Technical domain.

Need to conduct field work on baseline surveys campaign in the targeted or local areas.

Co-ordinate & Mobilize candidates through college presentation, meeting with govt & administrative stakeholders, door to door and using canopy marketing, focus group discussion i.e. Gram Panchayat, village & higher foot fall areas of the locality etc.

exposure to all elements of data collection & interact with the youth and counsel them for vocational training.

networking and coordination with Principals and Teachers at school to get a potential list of students.

Should be proficient in Telugu & English

Educational Qualification - Any Graduate

The candidate who is having minimum 4-5 yrs exposure in community mobilization in previous responsibility is suitable for the role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
