Community Mobilizer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and field-driven Mobilizer to support our CSR training project at ECL Kajora location. The Mobilizer will play a key role in creating awareness about our skill development programs, enrolling eligible candidates, and maintaining coordination with community and Coal mine area across Durgapur and Asansol region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits for mobilization and outreach activities.

• Identify and counsel suitable candidates for different skill training batches.

• Build relationships with local communities, panchayats, and industry contacts.

• Organize and participate in mobilization camps and awareness drives.

• Collect candidate data, maintain enrolment documentation, and daily reports.

• Support in candidate registration, batch formation and coordination with training team.

• Meet mobilization targets as per project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Graduate / HS (10+2) with strong communication skills.

• Experience in mobilization, field outreach or CSR projects preferred.

• Local area knowledge of Kajora, Durgapur, Asansol region is an advantage.

• Good convincing and counseling ability.

• Basic documentation and reporting skills.

• Must have own two-wheeler (preferred for field travel).
